The San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium® will showcase emerging breast cancer research, exciting therapeutic innovation, and unmatched collaborative opportunities in one convenient location during the 2025 SABCS® Exhibition.
The Exhibition Hall will open at noon each day from Wednesday, December 10, to Friday, December 12, just off the main lobby on the first floor of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Building on the success of a record-breaking 2024 Exhibition, representatives from more than 100 leading industry and non-profit organizations will be present to interact with attendees until 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday and 3 p.m. on Friday.
Poster abstracts covering all aspects of breast cancer science will be available for viewing along the side and back walls of the hall. Poster Sessions will offer five dedicated times to connect with the authors — from 12:30 to 2 p.m. all three days and 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Complimentary refreshments will be provided.
For the second year in a row, the Exhibition will include a full Patient Advocacy Pavilion, supported by Pfizer. This centrally located space will spotlight more than two dozen non-profit organizations that are providing essential services and resources for breast cancer patients and caregivers. SABCS is proud to offer this booth space for free so that advocacy partners can forge connections with other attendees as they explore the Exhibition.
The Exhibition Hall will once again host live recordings of SABCS Snippets, a video series featuring conversations between SABCS speakers about the day’s presentations. Networking space will be set aside for even more discussions at the SABCS booth, near mobile device power stations, and throughout the hall.
Numerous attendee amenities will help Exhibition visitors feel relaxed and refreshed. Coffee and light refreshments will be available, and a water station, supported by Daiichi Sankyo, will help visitors refuel between stops in the expansive hall. The Wellness Lounge, supported by AstraZeneca, will offer massage therapy services and quality time with friends from the non-profit Therapy Animals of San Antonio. And the Headshot Lounge, supported by AstraZeneca, will make it easy for attendees to update their professional profiles with high-quality portraits.
A list of exhibiting organizations can be found through SABCS.org, and schedules of Exhibitor Product Theater presentations will be posted on the SABCS Meeting News website and in the SABCS app in the weeks leading up to the symposium.
Don’t miss this chance to engage with the many partners engaged in the fight against breast cancer. Mark your calendars and register today for SABCS 2025.
