This year’s SABCS®, to be held December 5-9, will offer attendees the option to participate in person in San Antonio, or virtually through the streaming and on-demand platform. All registered attendees will have on-demand access to presentation recordings and other SABCS® online resources, including abstracts and posters. Register today to ensure the best rate for this state-of-the-art symposium featuring five days of expert lectures, groundbreaking research presentations, case discussions, networking opportunities, and more.

September 22 — Discounted early registration

Early registration pricing is available for both in-person and virtual registrations until September 22. Other discounts apply, with valid identification, for residents or postdoctoral fellows, patient advocates, students, American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) members, UT Health San Antonio faculty and staff, and some virtual registrants based on their geographic locations.

Registration is only available through the official SABCS® website prior to the symposium or onsite at the convention center once the symposium begins. No outside vendors are authorized to assist with symposium registration.

September 30 — Late-breaking abstract submissions

Attendees looking to present basic science discoveries and translational or clinical research will have until 11:59 p.m. on September 30 to submit late-breaking abstracts. Only paradigm-shifting discoveries and research of relevance to patients will be considered. For more information, including submission instructions and abstract categories, visit sabcs.org.

October 13 — Hotel group reservations

Large groups of in-person attendees can request a block of 10 or more rooms at official SABCS® hotels, and international groups can request blocks of five or more rooms. All group housing requests must be completed by October 13. Requests must be made using the online submission forms linked on the SABCS® webpages for hotel group reservations or international hotel group reservations, and requests are approved based on availability, on a first come, first served basis.

Official symposium hotels are in the heart of downtown San Antonio, along the famed River Walk and a short distance from the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. This culture-rich area, with its captivating cuisines and a vibrant nightlife, has no shortage of historic sights and modern attractions that will ensure a memorable visit.

October 27 — Discounted registration with hotel booking

In-person attendees can receive 15% off registration fees until October 27 by booking a hotel first through Orchid Events and SABCS® International Group Housing, the official SABCS® housing providers. More information about hotels and available rates can be found on the SABCS® website.

November 3 — Group registration services

Group registration is available for groups of 15 or more and all members of the group must register for the same participation option (in-person or virtual). Links for both group options can be found on the SABCS® website, however any requests received after November 3 will only be considered as an exception on a case-by-case basis. Requests after November 3 will be required to pay by credit card only and will be subject to a (US) $75 per participant administrative late fee.
