Researchers and physician-scientists from more than 600 universities, research laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and national cancer centers from around the world have submitted over 1,600 abstracts for consideration for SABCS 2022, December 6-10 in San Antonio.

Abstract submission for regular abstracts is closed and the SABCS 2022 Late-Breaking Abstract submission site is now open. The deadline to submit a late-breaking abstract is September 30. Click here to submit your late-breaking abstract.

A global programming committee reviews each abstract submitted for presentation at SABCS. The goal is to narrow the submissions so attendees will have access to the most balanced selection of clinical, translational, and basic research in breast cancer.

Among the regular abstracts submitted this year, tumor cell and molecular biology was the leading topic with more than 300 submissions, followed by biomarkers predicting treatment response with 201 submissions, and epidemiology, risk, and prevention with 177 submissions.

Please note that presenters of accepted abstracts for oral presentations, spotlight poster presentations, and regular poster presentations are highly encouraged to participate onsite in San Antonio.
