What is your presentation about?
My presentation reviews studies that have compared the mutational and gene expression profiles of inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) and non-inflammatory breast cancer, as well as insights into the biology of IBC learned from preclinical and clinical studies.

What makes this topic important in 2023?
Inflammatory breast cancer carries a particularly poor prognosis, and better understanding potential molecular drivers of inflammatory breast cancer might eventually lead to novel therapeutic strategies.
