Engage with innovative breast cancer research and technologies and connect with more than 125 industry, non-profit, and patient advocacy organizations in the Exhibit Hall at the 2026 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium.

The Exhibit Hall will open at noon on Wednesday, December 9, just off the main lobby on the first floor of the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The hall will remain open until 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday before reopening from noon to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday and noon to 3 p.m. on Friday.
The hall will showcase not only booths from exhibiting organizations but also scientific posters and industry presentations. Posters will be displayed at the back and side of the hall, and authors will be available to discuss their abstracts at five dedicated times — 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Industry leaders will share insights about new breakthroughs during Exhibitor Product Theater presentations on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons.
The Patient Advocacy Pavilion, supported by Pfizer, will spotlight more than two dozen advocacy organizations that are providing essential services and resources for breast cancer patients and caregivers. Other non-profit organizations will occupy booths nearby, allowing attendees to learn more about these organizations’ missions and how they can get involved.
Attendees won’t want to miss the newest addition to the Exhibit Hall: an artificial intelligence (AI) maker space, featuring innovations from Ataraxis AI and Lantern Pharma. This area will give users of all experience levels an opportunity to try out AI platforms in a guided setting with provided equipment.
The Exhibit Hall will also serve as a perfect spot for relaxing and networking between sessions. The SABCS booth will be home to the SABCS Networking Hub and live recordings of the SABCS Snippets video conversation series, featuring insights on hot topics from the day’s presenters. The Headshot Lounge, sponsored by AstraZeneca, will offer professional headshots for interested attendees. The Wellness Lounge, sponsored by AstraZeneca, will offer massage therapy services and provide a chance to meet furry friends from Therapy Animals of San Antonio. In addition, water stations, mobile device power stations, and some light refreshments will help Exhibit Hall visitors refuel and recharge.
A full list of exhibiting organizations and an Exhibit Hall map is available now, and schedules of Exhibitor Product Theater presentations will be posted on SABCS.org and the SABCS Meeting News website in the coming weeks.
